Woven copper mesh is similar to a cloth with wire threads woven at right angles. Our plain weave copper cloth is flimsy and easy to cut by common scissors. It has an unpolished surface. Confirming to ASTM E2016-06.
Apart from high conductivity, nonmagnetic feature and corrosive resistance, the copper cloth is also easy to be welded to form a rigid sheet with uniform opening size. With opening size from 0.006 inches to 0.075inch, the copper cloth is very usable as a strainer or a sieve.
In addition, copper mesh owns special red-orange metallic luster and can be made to a great number of handicrafts or artworks.
Material : Brass wire (copper 65%, zinc 35%), Red copper wire (copper content 99.8%), Phosphor bronze wire (copper 85%-90%, Sn 5%-15%)
Wire diameter : 0.04-2.0mm
Mesh Size : 2 mesh-500 mesh
Length : 30m/roll
Width : 0.6-1.3m
Hole shape : Square
1. Its texture is soft.
2. Good at translucent and permeability.
3. Suitable for use as a shielding mesh.
4. Shielding mesh is not only able to prevent the electromagnetic signals through the display window, but also effectively shielding
5. Electromagnetic waves to ensure the electromagnetic instrument to work properly.

Copper wire mesh frequently utilized in applications requiring shielding of electromagnetic interference (EMI).
The reduction or exclusion of Electro-magnetic interference is dependent upon the signal amplitude and frequency in relation to the many combinations of mesh count, wire diameter and weaving materials available.
