The stainless steel extruder screen is woven with stainless steel wire mesh cloth. It can be woven in different dutch weave types: plain, twill or reverse dutch weave. The single-layer screen is designed simply, and different mesh sizes can make to multilayers screens which are required in high precision filtration and separation industry. And the multilayer screens are spot welded together. All the extruder screen with borders or without borders are available. And compressed edges also are offered.
Our machine can make various shapes screen with accurate size and smooth edge, for example round, square, rectangle, kidney shape, oval.
